This clip is to show you the very basics of the Filipino Boxing Hit known as the Bolo Punch. Whatever you want to call it, it is a punch that draws the power from coordination of the knees to the curve of the hit. Again, these are contained hits, which means never over shoot your target, know where your power is and the best strategic time to use the hit. Be innovative, and create what works for you. There is never, repeat, never anything wrong with how you execute the hit, but it is up to YOU, to maximize the efficiency of the hit. These clips are to give you a baseline of which you can develop various angles, power definitions, speed and control of the hit. I am not spending time on having you do various drills which you can discover yourself as a seasoned martial artist.....
