200 grams of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
70 grams of sugar
1 egg yolk
2 eggs
5 grams of cake flour
115 grams of fresh cream
◾Instructions
1. Start with adding 200 grams of Philadelphia Cream Cheese to a mixing bowl.
2. Next add 70 grams of sugar and mix everything until the mixture gets smooth.
3. Then Add 1 egg yolk to the mixture and mix everything.
4. Thereafter add 2 beaten eggs to the mixture.
5. Add 115 grams of creme fraiche to the mixture and mix everything together.
6. Next add 5 grams of cake flour.
7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius.
8. Put the mixture in a greased 15 cm baking pan.
9. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
10. After baking let the cake cool for 30 minutes. When the cake has cooled, cool the cheese cake overnight.
