An Indian Rhinoceros or Greater One-Horned Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis) roams about its enclosure. Listen closely and you may be able to make out the cow-like grunts it makes throughout the video.
Disclaimer: The Rhinoceros in this video, Gauhati, was not injured, did not have its horn removed, nor was it a rescue of a poaching incident- according to San Francisco Zoo staff, the animal had worn down its own horn by rubbing it against the rocks of its own enclosure, a natural behavior which rhinos exhibit in the wild to prevent their horns from growing too large.
Footage taken at the San Francisco Zoo.
