This was our 4th webinar as a part of the MOOC on Essentials of Youth Policy. We hosted a conversation with our guest speaker Ms Irina Lonean, an expert in monitoring and evaluation of policies, programmes and projects. We explored a number of questions linked to practices and challenges when establishing youth policy monitoring and evaluation processes.
The MOOC on Essentials of Youth Policy is based on the know-how and accumulated experience in youth policy development of the partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth.
