Jonathan Majors is not being sued by ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari for defamation and more cases of assault. This most likely means that although Marvel Studios is keeping Kang as the villain, the will not give Jonathan Majors another chance to play Kang, even if he appeals his case and is found innocent.
