NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has named Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as the "kingpin and key conspirator" in its seventh supplementary chargesheet regarding the alleged financial irregularities in the now-scrapped 2021-22 excise policy. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is described as the "major beneficiary of proceeds of crime." The chargesheet, acknowledged by special judge Kaveri Baweja, accuses Kejriwal of using Rs 45 crore from alleged Rs 100 crore kickbacks for AAP's Goa election campaign.
