2/3 cup buttermilk or milk (150 g)
1/3 cup oil (66 g)
3/4 cup sour cream (170 g)
1 tablespoon vanilla (15 g)
Bake 325° (163° C) for 25-30 minutes
Makes three 6” layers, two 8” layers, or 18-24 cupcakes. (Decrease baking time to 15 to 17 minutes for cupcakes.)
