Four plant workers would lose their lives from exposure to poisonous gas at the La Porte DuPont chemical plant, Texas, USA, on the 15 November, 2014.
The Disaster would cost Dupont a rather a lot of money, and would highlight the risks of not properly training operators of chemical plants....
