In this part Tommy is working for Vice City's biggest drug baron Ricardo Diaz who first has Tommy follow a rival gangster back to their house. Next Diaz has Tommy and Lance use a Helicopter to take out the rival gangsters who ar hiding in a run down house. After this Diaz tasks Tommy with stealing the fastest boat. Finally Tommy uses the fastest boat to purchase some drugs and escape from the rival buyers.
