Red Lentil Bread
2 cups soaked red lentils
1/2 cup whole psyllium husks OR 1/3 cup chia/flax powder
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees Celsius!
Red Lentil Veggie Pancakes
1 cup soaked red lentils
3/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Any veggies you love!
