❤️ Use only distilled water to cook Chinese herbs
❤️ Measure 3 and a half rice bowls (950ml) of distilled water for 1st brew
❤️ Measure 2 and a half rice bowls (750ml) of distilled water for 2nd brew
❤️ After many experiments, optimum timings are: 1st brew - 72 minutes. 2nd brew - 82 minutes
❤️ Combine both brews and split in half - two servings
