This is my first bread-making experience. In today's video, I am making pão de queijo (or brazilian cheese bread)which is a traditional Brazilian recipe. I first tried this bread in Brazil about 2 years ago and haven't eaten it since then.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt

Steps:
1. Blend the above ingredients in a blender till homogenous
2. Portion out the batter in an oiled muffin pan
3. Bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated 400°f oven
