hello friends
here is a very simple curry recipe with Ladies Finger.. Vendakai Mappas.. A Perfect side dish for Chapthi. Roto, Bread, Dosa, Rice etc. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!

Ingredients
Ladies Finger - 12 No
Coconut Milk (second extract) - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk (first extract ) - 1/2 cup
garlic - 4 cloves
ginger - 1" pc
green chilly - 3 nos
curry leaves
Onion - 1 no
tomato - 1no
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Shallots - 3 nos
Curry Leaves
Oil
Salt
