I have a breakfast like this 3 to 4 times a week and it’s so satisfying. For today’s breakfast, I included fluffy scrambled eggs with a little bit of parsley (I was out of chives) and flaked salt, fresh berries with plain Greek yogurt, and seasoned tomatoes with a little bit of basil and olive oil.
