This Trampoline Cardio Core Workout is a great way to work your abs all while burning calories. To level up we are wearing 2-3 lbs. ankle weights, this is optional. There are 6 moves done for 40 seconds with 10 seconds rest, we are doing 2 rounds. The rebounder workout is a great add on to your workouts or if your short of time. If needed, warm up and cooldown for a longer period of time for your body. Grab your equipment and Let's JUMP!
