In this vid I give a brief description of a 30 minute boxing workout that you can do at home, the park, or the gym.
Workout breakdown:
• 5 minutes of jumping rope of warmup
• 15 minutes of non stop shadowboxing
• 10 minutes of high paced jumping rope to end
(Rest 1-2 minutes in between exercises)
