Just wanted to share my recent PR on my 3 Rep a bench press. I’ve never had a big bench press and I have always struggled with increasing weight on this lift. I’m on the 7th week of my new program and hit this 3 REP bench press PR at 225Lb!
This program has been providing me with many 3 Rep maxes! Going to continue until it stalls out!
