In this episode, we headed back to the Taunton and Bridgwater canal in search of that 3lb perch. When we arrived at the bank we could see the roach spawning and the pike and perch seemed to be all tucked in under the nearside bank. We also managed to get some underwater footage of the pike.

Although we could see fish everywhere they were not that interested in our lures. Conditions were not on our side with the weather being very bright and not a cloud in sight. Later on in the day, we moved further up to a deeper section of the canal. This resulted in our first ever lure caught tench on a crayfish imitation.
