After the huge success of ‘Feeling‘ featuring Buju, Ladipoe links up with Fireboy for another fire tune titled “Running”.
Today, 22nd October – Nigerian rapper LADIPOE releases new single “Running” featuring Fireboy DML ahead of his highly anticipated EP next month. Designed to uplift, the instantly contagious song merges Poe’s powerful rap flow and delivery with an anthemic chorus from Fireboy. With production driven by Andre Vibez, ‘Running’ reflects Poe’s musical DNA incorporating his poignant penship and feel-good spirit.

Ladipoe’s international growth skyrocketed after the success of his recent single ‘Feeling’ alongside breakthrough vocalist BUJU spread across the globe. The track broke records racking up over 80M streams in addition to being the first song in Nigeria to go to No.1 on YouTube without a video. Global impact of the track contributed to a well-earned BET Awards Nomination for Best International Flow which he narrowly missed out on to Little Simz. Celebrating the success of ‘Feeling’, this summer he spent weeks in the UK immersing himself in the culture, connecting with in demand rapper Millionz before joining Mavin Records label mate Rema on stage at All Points East before returning back to Lagos.

Fast-rising Nigerian rapper, Ladipoe Eso, simply known as Ladipoe, has received praises from fans for his new song ‘Running’ featuring Fireboy.

The song, which was released on Thursday night, was produced by Andre Vibes.

While announcing the release, the Mavin Records artist revealed that the song is his first single on his incoming Extended Play titled Providence.

Taking to Instagram page on Thursday, the 29-year-old rapper wrote, “RUNNING ft. @fireboydml OUT NOW! Prod @andrevibez / Mix @ikonekwuyasi This is my second single of the year and first single off Providence EP. Get ready!” (sic)

Announcing the song, Fireboy said, “A special one. Thank you @ladipoe for letting me speak my truth. ‘Running’ out now.”
