Have you learned the Yang Style Tai Chi 108 Long Form? How about testing your form by balancing a book on your head? What started out as a fun little Instagram challenge ([ Ссылка ]) inspired me to attempt the book challenge doing the entire long form. This was such a rewarding and enriching experience, seeking to find my “song” relaxation even with a book on my head. At some point later in the form, the book no longer became an external object and was a part of my head like the hair was a part of my head. BONUS: Some extra lotus kicks at the end of the video :)
