Dried coriander(Khushk Dhaniya): 35 Grms (3-1/2 TBS)
Fennel Seed(Saonf): 20 Grms (2 TBS)
Black Cumin Seeds: 20 Grms (2 TBS) Shahi Zeera
White Cumin Seeds: 20 Grms (2 TBS)
Proven Black pepper(Sabat): 20 Grms (2 TBS)
Clove(Laong): 6 Grms (20 Pcs)
Black Large Cardamon(Bari Elaichi): 5 Grms (5 Pcs)
Cinnamon(Daar Cheeni): 15 Grms (Pcs of 3" inch)
Sharp leaf(Tez Pata): 6 Pcs
White Salt: 20 Grms(2 TBS)
Citric Acid(Taatri): 10 Grms(1 Tsp)
Red Chilli: 20 Grms(2-1/2 TBS)
Turmaric(Haldi): 15 Grms(1-1/2 TBS)
Garlic Powder(Lehsan): 15 Grms(1-1/2 TBS)
Anty-Caking Agent: 5 Grms (1/2 Tsp) ( FOR COMMERCIAL PERSONS )
putting Green Cardamon(Green Elaichi): 7 Pcs

You can put 3 TBS of spices (Pulao Masala) in a 1 kg Rice.
