The past few weeks I have had the goal to lean out a bit but I wanted to try something new. Typically I do HIIT workouts when I have this goal but this time around I wanted to try something new that wasn't so intense but still yielded the results I was looking for. 8 weeks ago I was scrolling through Tik Tok and saw this 12 3 30 workout and decided to try it. If you are contemplating trying it out, I think you should as it is indeed effective.
