This is more of a theory video. There's no hard facts to say for certain that there is a nintendo imposter, but I think it's more likely. Tho face punch studio and garry himself thinks it's from the real nintendo, they didn't elaborate on how, nor provide any screenshot towards the DMCA they received. So far only seen the DMCA from a youtuber instead by the name of Brewster T. Koopa. He is one of the victims of the DMCA abuse. If I got something wrong in the video, let me know down in the comment section, but of course as I do more research, I will correct myself in a pinned comment if I got something wrong.
