Ginger Turmeric Tea | Immunity boosting drink | Boost your Immune system naturally
Ingredients:
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
Grated ginger – 1 tsp.
Cinnamon – 2 small sticks.
Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Honey – 1 tsp.
Method:
- Take 2 cups of water into pot.
- Add grated ginger, turmeric, crushed black pepper, cinnamon sticks.
- Let it boil for 4-5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice.
- Strain it.
- Add honey to taste.
