🌸 RECIPE for 5 custard cream bread
Ingredients:
- 100g plain flour (OR all purpose flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 50mL water
- 15mL milk
- 10g unsalted butter

Custard filling:
- 2 egg yolks
- 40g sugar
- 30g plain flour
- 200mL milk

Recipe:
Make bread dough -
1. Mix plain flour, dry yeast, sugar, milk and water and combine well.
2. Once combined add unsalted butter and knead.
3. Rest dough for ~60minutes at warm room temperature and let it rise. (It should double in size)

Make custard cream -
4. Combine egg yolks, sugar and plain flour in a bowl.
5. Gradually add warm milk and mix well.
6. Strain and pour mixture into a pot.
7. Heat until mixture thickens.
8. Once it thickens strain custard. Let it cool and rest it in fridge.

9. Divide dough into 5 equal pieces.
10. Roll dough out and stretch it into a circular shape.
11. Wrap custard.
12. Rest dough for ~30minutes at warm room temperature and let it rise.
13. Bake at 170℃ for ~15minutes.
14. Ready to enjoy.

🌸 レシピ *5個分
材料:
パンの生地
- 強力粉　100g
- ドライイースト　小さじ1/2
- 砂糖　大さじ1/2
- 水　50mL
- 牛乳　10mL
- 無塩バター　10g

カスタードクリームの材料
- 卵黄　2個分
- 砂糖　40g
- 小麦粉　30g
- 温めた牛乳　200mL

レシピ:
パンの生地を作る　
1. 強力粉、砂糖、ドライイースト、牛乳、水を混ぜ合わせる。
2. ひとまとまりになったら無塩バターを加え、こねる。
3. 暖かい場所で生地を〜６０分休ませる。（１次発酵）

カスタードクリームを作る
4. 卵黄、砂糖、小麦粉を混ぜ合わせる。
5. 温めた牛乳を少しずつ加える。
6. 鍋に移し、とろみがつくまで火にかける。
7. とろみがついたら、クリームを漉す。
8. 粗熱をとり、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。

9. パンの生地を5等分する。
10. 生地を丸く伸ばし、カスタードクリームを包む。
11. 包んだパン生地を暖かい場所で〜３０分休ませる。(２次発酵）
12. 170℃ に予熱したオーブンで ~15分焼く。
13. 出来上がり。
