I have recently gotten this very old piano still in very good condition. Big disappointment however is that this overdamper piano, or piano with birdcage action, is maybe not build to meet higher tension 440Hz modern tuning. Is anybody out there capable to tell if this is true or not?
The company Pianos Klein has seized to exist since 2017, if I understood well.

FRANCAIS : J'ai récemment acquis ce très vieux piano KLEIN encore en très bon état. La grande déception cependant est que ce piano avec étouffoir supérieur n'est peut-être pas construit pour répondre à l'accordage moderne à 440Hz (de la tension plus élevée). Est-ce que quelqu'un est capable de dire si c'est vrai ou non ?
L'entreprise Pianos Klein n'exist plus depuis 2017, si j'ai bien compris.
