Service: Polish & Refinishing.

Process and Tools:
1.- Separate the bracelet and case from the mechanism using:
Screwdriver 1.4 -1.8mm.
2.- We perform the Polish using:
Machine: Ray Foster 4000RPM polishing motor.
2.1 For the first stage of polish we need to remove the deep initial scratches with:
Felt Buff for Initial Scratch Removal with Merard SDS63 Compound.
2.2 Then we provide the final bright finish using:
Luxor - Bright Finish Buff with Merard SDS39 compound.
2.3 For the third phase, we will protect the parts we want to
preserve the shiny polish using Polyimide tape. Finally we provide a matte satin finish using
a SatinFinish Wheel.
3.- Ultrasonic Cleaning is perform with:
Machine: Elma S40H
Combined with S1 cleaning solution to remove all dirt build up and grimme.
4.- Next step, Drying:
Machine: L & R dryer model 00415.
5.- At last we Refinishing using:
Sanding Stick, used to buff out the lugs and small hard to reach ares around the watch case.
