That’s CrossFit GM Dave Castro, explaining Ranch Loop [[ Ссылка ]], one of the tests competitors at The Ranch in Aromas, California, took on at the CrossFit Games in 2020.
Join Castro on a tour of The Ranch — the location of the CrossFit Games from its inception in 2007 until 2009 when the Games got too big for Castro’s family property.
“So, in this room, there’s been a ton of history … related to the Games and for seminars,” Castro says in the large warehouse space that houses the original hopper as well as the first CrossFit Games leaderboard, still scrawled over with the handwritten scores of the first Games competitors.
