Roti or chapati is one of the staple food of our country (India). It is prepared from wheat flour mixed with water to make a dough and is round in shape and mostly cooked on iron skillet. We can say it's a kind of flatbread prepared without using yeast or baking powder. As we all know Wheat is higher in Carbohydrates & Gluten, so here we are using ALMOND FLOUR which is very low in Carbohydrates and has zero gluten in it.
Here is a quick and simple recipe for you guys, try it yourself at your home. and let me know what you think about it. .

100 gm Almond flour,
1 tablespoon ghee,
1/8cup water.

Fat - 37gm
Protein - 9gm (plant based protein)
Fibre - 6.5gm
Net Carbohydrates- 1.5gm .
