If you are a Veteran who suffers from anxiety and depression, you may be eligible to receive a 100% VA disability rating. Here is how to do it.
First, it is important to understand that there is no such thing as a "100% VA disability rating." The maximum VA disability rating is 100%, but this does not mean that every Veteran who receives a 100% VA disability rating has a service-connected injury or illness that prevents him or her from working.
Instead, the 100% VA disability rating is reserved for Veterans who are unable to work due to their service-connected injuries or illnesses. In other words, if your anxiety and depression prevent you from working, you may be eligible for a 100% VA disability rating.
