Welcome to this guided astral projection meditation & out of body experience hypnosis which will focus on the hammock technique.

The technique used is called "The Hammock Technique". Basically, you will visualize yourself lying in a bright white hammock, stationed between two palm trees on a secluded island. Imagine the feeling of swaying in the wind, and recreate that feeling now as you visualize yourself swaying from side to side in the hammock. This visualization will be repeated in the meditation and continued till you reach the vibration stage and then finally be able to "roll out" of your body.

As we have mentioned in the other guides, learning how to astral project takes a lot of practice and patience. This is something you need to know before starting your adventure. We recommend everyone who starts this journey learn how to meditate. Learning to control your body both mentally and physically will have an immense impact on your sessions.

You are unlikely to get results the first night, or even the first few nights. Take your time and explore different techniques, you might even end up using a combo of two different techniques! Do not get discouraged or frustrated, this will only make you focus on the wrong things instead of improving.
