This is a pretty frustrating port of a Japanese arcade game. There are some things I like but there are more than a few annoying design choices that were made. I'm not a fan of how you can't switch weapons while waking, you'll just do a puny jump in the air. Why would you even have the jump in there when you can fly anywhere? The way the big bosses move towards you is very annoying. I do like that you can kill your robot helper. And I like that the Robo-Kid looks like a trash can.
Oh and the blue level with pillars of guts was weird enough to enjoy as well.
