Snow Fungus with Snow Pear and Rock Sugar ● Home Made Recipe
Main:
Snow Fungus
1 snow pear
50g dried lily bulb
50g lotus seeds
50g dried longan
50g Red dates
110g rock sugar
Steps:
Soak Snow fungus for at least one hour
Cut into small pieces
Cut one snow pear into cubes
Raise the lily bulb, lotus seeds and red dates with hot water
Boil 1.6 litre of water
Add Snow Fungus, lily bulb and lotus seeds and boil for about 15 mins
Add dried longan and pear cubes and boil for another 15 mins
Stir in the Red dates and rock sugar
Simmer for 30 mins to 1 hour
