With spring ☀️🌷🌻 around the corner, it's time to start sewing up some short sleeve shirts and dresses! This tiny flutter sleeve is perfect!

A few quick tips:
⭐️ Hem the sleeve BEFORE gathering and inserting into the sleeve cap. Once it's in the cap, it'll be harder to hem the sleeves.
⭐️ This sleeve does not go all the way around the arm, so cut it short - above the armpit point!
⭐️ Depending on the fabric choice, this sleeve may drape or stick out... If using a sturdier fabric it will stick out more. In this case, you may want to narrow your shoulder by bringing it in from the armscye.
