Sam The Cooking Guy is at it again, slowly taking over the entire Little Italy Food Hall with all the best food to satisfy your munchies. Joining SamBurgers and Not Not Tacos is his latest creation, CooCoo’s Nest.

This time he has his sights locked onto fried chicken, with sandwiches, salads and tenders, plus fries and mac & cheese, plus a tasty variety of sauces to dip everything into.

We ordered the All American chicken sandwich and some tenders, plus the Korean Fried chicken sandwich, with Gochujang honey glaze, spicy samba aioli, kimchee slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. They can add spicy dust to turn the heat up on this one.

We also had to try The Mac Daddy, featuring Sam’s amazing Mac & Cheese, with garlic aioli on a brioche bun. Sam likes to brand his stamp of approval on each sandwich, and everything we tried was very worthy of his name.
