These cheesy flatbreads are made with milk. Fluffy and aromatic, they are cooked in butter. I cooked them in a medium frying pan and it turned out to be 2 flatbreads. In a large frying pan, you can fry one fluffy flatbread.
INGREDIENTS:
All-purpose flour 1 cup (140g)
Milk 200 ml
1 egg
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Grated cheese 3 oz (80 g)
Butter for grasing the pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Add cheese, stir.
I used a 200 ml measuring cup.
To accurately measure flour, I recommend using a kitchen scale.
Fry covered over low heat for 3-4 minutes on one side and 1.5-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
