Allah mentions that he has sent rain from the sky right after he mentions the Quran was also sent from the sky.

They are very much alike.

When rain is properly delivered to places that are dead, it revives them.

When the Quran properly is delivered to places that are morally/spiritually dead, it can revive them.


No matter how bad the situation of the earth is, rain will heal, and no matter how bad the situation in earth might be, politically, environmentally, socially etc. Quran will heal
