In 2009 Teo Härén organized the very second TEDx-event ever in a small village in the Swedish Countryside.
In this talk he talks about how the internet has changed the possibilities to be creative outside of the big cities.
It is recorded outside in -12 C close to the Artic circle in the village of Arjeplog / Sweden.
Teo Härén is one of the founders of the TEDx concept - 10 years ago he completed the world's first TEDx outside the US, and the second TEDx ever.
Today, there have been over 27,000 TEDx events worldwide and we at TEDxArjeplog are happy that TEO makes its third TEDx speech here with us.
Teo is a creativity writer and, together with his wife Sanna Rudling, runs a creativity center in the countryside outside Gävle.
For 20 years, Teo has worked with creativity development in more than 25 countries and with large companies like Ericsson as well as with school students and doctors This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
