It’s no question we are dealing with some very scary and uncertain times that have certainly impacted our mental and emotional well being in some way or another. Something that I have definitely seen a lot of is the impact that COVID-19 has had on emotional eating. So today I wanted to talk about how to manage your relationship with food during COVID-19, as this is very likely being tested right now. I will also be joined by intuitive eating dietitian's, Ellyn Silverman and Jessi Haggerty, to talk about their experience and what they’re telling their patients in tough times like these.
