milk 1 liter
sugar 4 tbsp or to taste (with sweet use 4 tbsp,with khoya use more as it is unsweetened)
milk barfi or kalakand or pera ( any one ) 3 tbsp
or use khoya 3 tbsp with more sugar
almonds,pistachios, cashews powder 3 tbsp
(1 tbsp each for powder)
almonds,pistachios , cashews coarsely chopped
(1 tbsp each for garnish)
malai for garnishing
First boil milk and take out 2 tbsp mala from warm milk.
then again put it on stove and add barfi or kalakand.and stir well
keep cooking for 20 to 25 minutes
when reduced up to 2 glass add sugar and powdered dry fruits in it.
cook again 10 minutes on very low flame
pour it in a glass jug and let it chilled in the fridge for 3 to 4 hour
then pour in a decorated glass and add malai on top
sprinkle chopped nuts in the end and serve immediately
