The final chapter in this series……LEGS! If you want a massive lower body, it requires a high level of pain tolerance, smashing tons of clean food, but we also need the exercises we chose to be effective and then the form MUST be spot on.
I go through some heavy hitters that most people do way wrong and how to fix that. In addition, just some non-sense exercises that “influencers” are pushing down our throats.
To me legs have always been simple, lock into piece of equipment, use perfect form and go the the death. You do that, and your legs are about to grow a ton.
