In this video, I cook some grilled steak kabobs on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. The ingredients I used are 1 sirloin steak, 1 red onion, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 2 zucchini, and some baby red potatoes. I marinated the steak in a Balsamic Vinaigrette [ Ссылка ] for about 1 hour before before putting the meat and veggies on the skewers. I also brushed the kabobs with the vinaigrette near the end of cooking and sprinkled them with salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. [ Ссылка ] The cooking time was about 30 minutes.
