This recipe is traditionally prepared using beef meat. It is usually marinated with masala & sundried. Here I have used chicken cooked with salt & pepper . Instead of sun drying I just refrigerated it for a day . The recipe demands for a dry masala texture. So you can choose any way that is comfortable to you. Make sure that the final result is a dry masala. Only then you can store & use it as required. This is a best combination with any meal / snack recipes. Eg : fillings,for samosa,fried bun, chicken rolls, sandwiches. It can be also used as a stuffing for chicken paratha, puffs, momos, chicken salad ,chapathi rolls. You can even enjoy it with your plain rice ,roti, bread etc. The cooking time is half an hour approx. This may vary depending on the meat moisture & the type of utensil used for cooking. It is mostly preferred to cook in clay / iron / cast iron vessels. This will help in cooking faster.

GREEN CHILLIES
DRIED CHILLIES
DRIED COCONUT

NB :
IF USING FRESH COCONUT THEN ROAST BEFORE ADDING THE SHREDDED CHICKEN.
ADJUST THE SPICE LEVEL AS PER CHOICE. THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPICES MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO IS A MEDIUM SPICY RECIPE.
