When we understand why people do what they do, we are less likely to have overwhelming emotional reactions or have our emotions consumed by negative energy.

We all strive to be more, and we all strive to achieve significance. However, when some people don't feel significant enough on their own, they may look to tear you down if they perceive you to be more relevant or significant than them. This may result in you unconsciously avoiding success or limiting yourself just to avoid being a target! Don't let this happen to you.
