An easy 15 minute recipe for rich and indulgent crab soup that you can make anytime {even on your busiest days}.
Ingredients:
2 tb unsalted butter
1/2 c veggies {I used celery/onions}
2 tb unbleached flour
1 c crab meat {lump is best but use what you can get, I used claw}
2 c warm whole milk
Salt and pepper
1/4 ts freshly ground nutmeg
2 tb dry sherry {optional}
