71 y.o. man with history of pseudomyxoma peritoni and multiple surgical debulking procedures presents with symptomatic jejunal-cutaneous fistula which did not respond to medical treatment.
The jejunal fistula opening was identified by enteroscopy at approximately 100cm from incisors, and confirmed by fistulagram.
Previous attempt to close the fistula opening using standard hemoclips only temporarily slowed down his cutaneous leakage, until the Ovesco OTSC ("Bearclaw") clip became available.
Here is an example and demonstration of the use of the OTSC device to successfully endoscopically close his enterocutaneous fistula in this non-surgical candidate.
