Pulao Chaler Payesh | How to make Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

1. Pulao Rice - 1 cup
2. Milk - 1/2 Liter
3. Candy sugar - 2 pieces
4. Goram masala -
5. Bay leaf - 3-4
6. Raisin - 8 - 10
7. Sugar - As necessary (if you don't use candy sugar)
