This recipe is for Pig Skin Salad or 돼지껍데기 초무침 it is a great Anju food perfect when drinking soju.
Boil skin for 45 minutes then slice into strips.
Cut vegatables into stips.
For sauce:
3 tablespoons red pepper paste
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
Combine skin, vegetables and sauce.
