I am not a fan of PTFE based coated cookware and actively educate consumers on the benefits of using alternative cookware, like cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. But I get it, nonstick cookware is very, very, popular. If you are going to buy coated cookware then I suggest you buy from a seller who will stand behind their product. In this video, I discuss why I believe you should only buy Hexclad from Costco and not directly from Hexclad.
