✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
* Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) - 4-5 Nos
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Small Bowl
* Bread Crumbs(ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स) - 2 Nos
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥:
* Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1 Cup
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1-2 Tbsp
* Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Tbsp
* Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो सॉस) - As Per Taste
* Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 1 Nos
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 1 Nos
* Onion(प्याज़) - 1 Nos
* Cucumber(खीरा) - 1 Nos
* Jeerawan Masala(जीरावन मसाला) - As Per Taste
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी) - As Per Taste
* Cottage Cheese(पनीर) - As Per Taste
* Mayonnaise(मेयोनेज़) - As Per Taste
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, In a bowl, mash some boiled potatoes, add salt, red chili powder, jeerawan powder, coriander leaves, chopped green chilis, bread crumbs and mix well. Give the dough the shape as shown and shallow fry all of them in a pan.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥, in a bowl, take semolina, add curd and a cup of water to it & keep it aside for a few minutes. While on the other hand, slice tomato, capsicum, onion and cucumber. In a mixer jar, grind the semolina paste along with a half a cup of water. Transfer the ground paste to a bowl. To it add salt as per taste, coriander leaves and chili flakes. On a grill pan, pour 2 tablespoons of the batter for each roti and bake with a little bit of ghee as shown. Now place the cutlet in between, put some veggies or sauce and make a wrap of your choice.
And in this way, a new style sooji cutlet is ready at home within minutes!!!
